yoga
So, lately I've been doing yoga at home with Namaste Yoga on FitTV and I didn't get to do it while the kids were at school yesterday. So after they got home and were playing upstairs I started it up. By the time I was nearly done, this is what was going on......

Andrea, that is HILARIOUS! They have good form :) so flexible.
That's cute! The other day Jacob and Chloe were playing around doing push ups and sit ups and my 1 year old Bella starting trying to do it herself. I should've video taped it!!
what a cute picture! I love it! I always end up laughing when I end up doing exercise videos and Cannon comes to join me... their little bodies are so dang cute! Good job yoga mama!!!
so fun, at least they were on the floor trying it, Annie always thinks it's more fun to hang on me, I don't know why I even bothered exercising, it was always more work then it was worth.
What a good example you are setting for your children. And to see them grasp it so well:)
